  1. Psalm 8: “Lord, our Lord, how majestic is your name in all the earth” (v1 & 9…bookends) and “what is mankind that you are mindful of them, human beings that you care for them?” (v4). Good to keep things in perspective. God is indeed so “mindful” of us, so much so that he sends Jesus among us as a human, flesh and blood. It’s hard to comprehend the extent of God’s love for us, overwhelming at times. Praise be to God, how majestic is your name!
