Not Peace but Division

The peace that Jesus brings is Peace with the Father. This will result in conflict as Satan will not be satisfied with anything the draws people to Christ–expect problems! Families will be divided. It’s interesting to read how Jesus expresses his desire to be beyond this baptism, these constraints.

I have a baptism to undergo, and what constraint I am under until it is completed!

  1. It’s one thing to read about families being divided and quite a bit more difficult to live through this division. I pray for peace within families, within the church. May we all get on the same page!

The more I read and reflect on God’s Word, both from the Bible as well as external apologetics, the more I begin to understand the conflict here. I know that I am far from perfect, but the flaws in the logic of atheist, humanist, etc., are becoming more and more painfully obvious. This is no reason to gloat, quite the opposite, this is a call to fight the spiritual battles that are right in front of us.
